Now that you have these two downloaded you want to install the Filters Unlimited 2.0.3 in to your plugin folder of PSP. Here is how you get there: C:\Program Files (x86)\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 9\PlugIns Once installed you need to install the DLL files. This is where it can get tricky.
